Lisa was the Executive Chef
at a "Four Diamond"Country Inn in Pennsylvania and worked as a Chef at The Opryland Hotel where her cusine was enjoyed by the likes of President Bush, Dinah Shore, and many of the music stars of the Nashville Music scene. Having studied cooking in Italy Lisa specializes in Italian Cuisine but also enjoys the versitility of traditional New England Cuisine. From Pasta alla Carbonara to Lobster Rockport, Caprese Salad to Baked Stuffed Haddock,
the menu constanly changes
but will always have something to please everyone!
